Next Generation Precision GrindingThe UltraGrind cylindrical grinding machine offers the highest levels of precision, accuracy, flexibility and speed of operation, featuring a brand new modular wheelhead design and multiple wheel spindles configured to suit customer requirements.
With this new developed measuring machine all kinds of gears, worms, worm gears, bevel gears, shafts and other rotational symmetrical parts can be measured. The scanning of unknown contours is possible as well.
This series has the ND Type, 1-axis CNC angular cylindrical grinder with angular slide wheelhead (X-axis) and hydraulic table feed, and the ND2 Type, a simultaneous 2-axis CNC angular cylindrical grinder with angular slide wheelhead (X-axis) and table traverse (Z-axis).
HÖFLER customers appreciate the reliability, robustness and utmost accuracy of HÖFLER HELIX and PROMAT profile gear grinding machines. Through the consistently modular design with largely identical components for this machine series HÖFLER engineers have managed to develop most economical and powerful profile gear grinders for applications up to a workpiece diameter of 700 mm.
The gear hobbing machine HF 1250 is built extremely solid and stable providing utmost precision at gear hobbing. The machine bed is the strongest, most stable and resistant one in its class, optimally absorbing the enormous forces it is exposed to from all directions. The HF 1250 is especially suited for gearbox- and end-product manufacturing in the universal gearbox-, construction machinery-, coal mining-, and wind power industries with workpieces up to 1250 mm in diameter.

The Wenzel WGT 850 is a high accuracy gear inspection center designed to measure gears up to 850mm diameter. The WGT 850 represent the ultimate in gear testing performance; all axes are made from natural dark granite, guaranteeing excellent thermal behavior and air bearings on all axes to ensure smooth running and high accuracy performance. The WGT has a fully counterbalanced tailstock allowing support of pinion gears, tools and shafts.
